Josh Ireland
Director / Project Manager
Meet Josh, one of our directors, with a diverse background spanning across, plumbing, drain laying, civil, and building construction. With a true passion for the construction industry, especially when it comes to tackling logistically challenging and interesting projects, Josh loves nothing more than finding clever solutions to tricky problems and turning ambitious ideas into reality. Whether it’s managing tight timelines, navigating obstacles, or just making the impossible seem possible, Josh is always up for the challenge. His enthusiasm for the industry is contagious, and loves keeping the team motivated, no matter how complicated the project gets!
Jed Keir
Director / Project Manager
Meet Jed, one of our directors. With a Civil Engineering diploma and a passion for all things construction! Jed thrives on logistically challenging projects, whether it’s coordinating tricky timelines, managing multiple moving parts, or tackling the most interesting (and sometimes head-scratching) projects, Jed’s got the skills and enthusiasm to make it all work. His passion for the construction world is as strong as his attention to detail – and he’s always up for a challenge that keeps everyone on their toes!

Meet Manu, our Office and Health & Safety Manager who keeps everything running smoothly and safely! Whether she’s managing office operations or ensuring the team is working in a safe environment, Manu does it all with a smile. Her attention to detail and knack for creating organized systems make her the backbone of the office, while her commitment to health and safety ensures that everyone stays secure and sound. Always approachable and full of great advice, Manu is the one who keeps things ticking along and makes sure everyone’s working in tip-top shape!

Fleet Manager / Team Support
With years of experience under his belt, Trent keeps everything running smoothly—from managing our fleet to offering his unwavering support to the team. His positive attitude, reliability, and knack for problem-solving make him the go-to guy for just about anything. When he’s not ensuring our vehicles are in tip-top shape, he’s the friendly face always ready to lend a hand to his colleagues.
Brandon Brisco
Foreman—Civil / Earthworks
Meet Brandon, our go-to Civil/ Earthworks Operator and Foreman. Brandon leads the charge on all things earth moving. His growing expertise in civil projects and knack for keeping things on track make him an asset to job sites. Whether he’s operating machinery or guiding the crew, Brandon’s hands-on approach and easy-going attitude keep everything running smoothly. Always ready with a solution (and a smile).
Darren Stapleton
Foreman—Structures
Meet Darren, one of our Structures Foreman. With years of experience under his hard hat, Darren’s the expert when it comes to overseeing the construction of all things structural. Whether it’s beams, bridges, or boardwalks, he’s always ready to roll up his sleeves and make sure everything stands strong. Known for his quality and sharp eye for detail, Darren makes sure the crew’s always on the right track.

Foreman—Structures/Remote Work
Meet Alan, our multi-talented Foreman and Remote Work Specialist! Whether he’s involved in the construction of solid structures or flying materials in for the next project, Alan’s the go-to guy for challenging projects in challenging environments. Alan makes sure projects stay on track no matter where they’re happening. With a great sense of humour and a knack for thinking on his feet, Alan’s the perfect man for remote and challenging sites.
