They found efficiencies that allowed for the full replacement of the piles and structures within the existing budget. Initially, the project scope included retesting piles and a jetty replacement. However, upon inspection, Keir Projects discovered that all the existing piles were rotten and unusable. This unexpected challenge required immediate and innovative solutions.
The Keir Projects team, led by Eddy Keir, Alan Ball, Darren Stapleton, Lucas Chatham, and Matt Munce, brought diverse expertise to the project. Their collective experience was crucial in addressing the complex challenges encountered, particularly in logistics planning and technical piling.
